PAYMENT

Golf Travel: Due to the nature of packaging golf and the various travel components, a non-refundable deposit of $450.00 per person is required for each participant.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices and properties are subject to change without notice until the deposit is received. If there are any changes in the itinerary due to availability, such changes are subject to client approval. Such approval is considered to be acknowledged unless a cancellation notice is received within 7 days of receipt of the confirmed final itinerary.

CANCELLATIONS

Notification of cancellation must be forwarded in writing via mail or email to Ticket To Travel and will incur the following per person penalties (subject to change):

Time of booking – until departure:	Loss of deposit
59 – 30 days prior to departure:	Loss of deposit plus non-refundable components.
Within 29 days of departure:	Forfeiture of entire package price.

Unused or partially used tour features and components are non-refundable. When one member of a party cancels, it may affect the total package price for remaining members.

Air tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. Ticket To Travel and Gene Scattini / Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations, or missed connections relative to air travel and the effect it may have on the land only portion of the package.

CHANGES

An administrative fee of $50 per change per person may be charged for any changes requested by client or travel agent after deposit has been received and confirmation issued. Changes may not be made less than 60 days before travel, except with the express written approval of Ticket To Travel and Gene Scattini /Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways.

ADVISEMENT BY TRAVEL AGENTS

Ticket To Travel and Gene Scattini / Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways warrant that each client has been provided with and advised to carefully review a copy of these Terms and Conditions and that the customer fully understands that he/she is subject to all said requirements and policies.

RESPONSIBILITY

Ticket To Travel and Gene Scattini / Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways are independent contractors, which make arrangements with third party vendors for all FIT travel, tours, and package services. Neither Ticket To Travel nor Gene Scattini / Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways are agents of other parties providing travel-related services. All travel documents are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by such vendors. Ticket To Travel and Gene Scattini / Scat-a-Bout Golf Getaways, nor any of its agents or employees, shall be held liable for; and by accepting these documents customer waives any claim against all such parties for; (a) any loss of or damage to property or injury to any person caused by reason of any defect, negligence, or other wrongful act or omission of, or any failure of performance of any kind by; any other transportation company; vendor or supplier; (b) any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress or other similar matter; (c) any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, terminations of service, or change in fares or rates; and (d) any cancellation or double booking of reservations or tickets beyond the control of Ticket To Travel or Gene Scattini / Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways.

Ticket To Travel and Gene Scattini / Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways do not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes, quarantine, sickness, strikes, war, weather, acts of God or other causes. Such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers. Ticket To Travel and Gene Scattini / Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways. Ticket To Travel and Gene Scattini / Scat-A-Bout Golf Getaways are not responsible to denial of travel by airlines, tour companies, countries. Passengers are advised to check to see what travel documents and requirements are needed.

We strongly suggest that all clients protect themselves by purchasing Trip Cancellation or Trip Interruption insurance. We offer travel insurance programs that may suit your requirements; however, travelers are advised to investigate the various programs prior to making a selection. If you choose not to purchase insurance from Ticket To Travel, you must sign an insurance waiver form.
